Chú Út Lông Bông

Chú Út Lông Bông is the name under which a songwriter and YouTuber who calls himself Tuấn Nguyễn releases music; his channel describes itself as the official and only channel of 'Chú Út Lông Bông aka Tuấn Nguyễn', and store credits for his singles name Nguyễn Hoàng Tuấn as producer, composer and lyricist.^[1][2] He releases his songs himself, with the phonographic copyright held in the name Chú Út Lông Bông.^[2][4][3]

His single 'Ngày Còn Đôi Mươi', sung with Tiểu Mỹ, an AI singer created by the songwriter Trọng Nhân, entered YouTube's weekly Top Songs chart for Vietnam at No. 12 in the week ending 15 October 2026; the same week he entered YouTube's Vietnam Top Artists chart at No. 90, his first week on it.^{[9][10][5][11]} Several of his uploads carry YouTube's 'Made with AI' disclosure.^[6][12][13]

Career

His YouTube channel, @Chuutlongbong, joined YouTube on 24 August 2021 and describes itself as a channel for stories told as music.^[1] Before his 2026 singles it carried a six-part ghost-story series, 'Chuyện Ma Tuấn Nguyễn', whose first episode is dated 29 April 2024, together with short comic songs and Vietnamese lyrics written to Chinese songs, such as 'Mạnh Bà chê ta phiền' (13 June 2026).^[14][12][15]

On 22 July 2025 he posted 'Tình ca', described on the channel as a song for his wife; its description lists 'Music: Suno AI Ft Mr Lobo' and 'Producer: Mr Lobo' and credits the performance to Chú Út Lông Bông.^[7] In the description of 'Đêm qua... con mơ thấy Mẹ' (29 July 2026) he credited the composition and rap to 'Mr Lông bông', wrote that one person had made everything, and said he was not an artist, songwriter, singer or rapper.^[13]

'Ngày Còn Đôi Mươi (feat. Tiểu Mỹ)' and 'Hoa Giữa Sỏi Đá' came out as singles on Apple Music, Deezer and YouTube Music on 23 September 2026; 'Nơi Ta Đến', credited to Chú Út Lông Bông and Tiểu Mỹ, followed on 15 October 2026. Apple Music files all three as Pop.^{[16][4][17][18][3]}

'Ngày Còn Đôi Mươi' and Tiểu Mỹ

He told Tuổi Trẻ that 'Ngày Còn Đôi Mươi' was one of the songs he wrote for his wife. The song opens on two young people riding an old Honda motorbike up a hill in the mist. He said he had pictured a clear, light voice telling a story, and that after working with Trọng Nhân the team chose the AI singer Tiểu Mỹ.^[5] Trọng Nhân arranged the song and adjusted the AI singer's phrasing, held notes and pauses, and described Tiểu Mỹ as closer to an artistic character than to a singer in the traditional sense.^[5]

Tiểu Mỹ had already reached No. 1 on ZingChart with Trọng Nhân's song 'Hôn lễ của em', which had 5.1 million streams on Zing MP3 by 26 February 2026; Trọng Nhân said he chose an AI voice so the song would not be tied to a real singer's identity.^[11] Her YouTube channel, Tiểu Mỹ Official, which describes itself as the channel of 'Tiểu Mỹ Official x Jeft Entertainment', joined YouTube on 29 April 2025.^[19]

The official music video of 'Ngày Còn Đôi Mươi' was posted on the Tiểu Mỹ Official channel on 21 September 2026 (UTC). Its description credits the composition to Chú Út Lông Bông, the performance to Chú Út and Tiểu Mỹ, the on-screen roles to Tiểu Mỹ and 'Chàng Trai Giấu Mặt', and the video, mixing, mastering and recording to Trọng Nhân; it had 5,985,798 views on 23 October 2026.^[8] He posted a Deep House version on 29 September 2026 and a Chinese-language version, '二十岁那年', on 13 October 2026, with the Chinese words credited to himself and Shuu Bềnh Bồng.^[21][22] Other YouTube channels posted covers, remixes and remakes of the song. One, by the channel LOVE MUSIC 198x, went up on 14 September 2026, before the official video, and its description says the remake was licensed from him.^[20]

Tuổi Trẻ reported on 8 October 2026 that the song had passed 3 million YouTube views and 200,000 Spotify plays, had topped ZingChart on release and stood at No. 4 there, and appeared in tens of thousands of TikTok posts, mostly nostalgia and road-trip videos.^[5]

The 'Nơi ta đến' music video premiered on the Tiểu Mỹ Official channel on 10 October 2026. Its description calls the song a continuation of 'Ngày còn đôi mươi' in a three-song series with 'Nơi ta đến' and 'Hoa giữa sỏi đá', and, like the first video, credits the composition to Chú Út Lông Bông, the performance to Chú Út and Tiểu Mỹ, and the video, mixing, mastering and recording to Trọng Nhân.^[23]

Use of AI

Tiểu Mỹ, the voice on 'Ngày Còn Đôi Mươi', is an AI singer, as both he and Trọng Nhân told Tuổi Trẻ;^[5] she was also credited on 'Nơi Ta Đến'.^[23][24] YouTube shows its 'How this was made: Made with AI' disclosure, which covers sounds or visuals that were altered or fully generated, on the art track of 'Hoa Giữa Sỏi Đá' and on his channel videos 'Mạnh Bà chê ta phiền' and 'Đêm qua... con mơ thấy Mẹ'.^[6][12][13] The disclosure did not appear on the 'Ngày Còn Đôi Mươi' music video, its art track, its Deep House and Chinese versions, the 'Nơi Ta Đến' art track or the 'Nơi ta đến' music video when they were checked on 23 October 2026.^{[8][2][24][23][21][22]} His 2025 song 'Tình ca' credits Suno AI for the music.^[7] The two music videos credit the performance to 'Chú Út - Tiểu Mỹ' without saying whether his own part was sung by him or generated.^[8][23]
